Hi,
Thanks for stopping by. I’m just one person running this whole ceramics gig, so things can get a little busy around here. I’ve put together this FAQ to help answer the most common questions and keep everything running smoothly so I can focus on creating. Take a look below, hopefully it helps and thanks for being here.
Can I get a price before listing?
Prices are shown with the listing I cannot advise of all individual pricings prior.
When's Your next drop ?
Drop dates are always in my Instagram bio. If you do not see a date... it has not been announced yet.
Can you hold or reserve a piece for me?
Unfortunately I am unable to do this. All pieces are first come, first served at drop time.
Do you take custom orders?
Custom orders are currently closed but may be open in future! Keep an eye on Instagram for any updates.
Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes but handwashing is recommended as most mugs I create have large attachments on them therefore they can be damaged in a dishwasher if they knock against other items.
Will you restock certain pieces?
Pieces can sell out, but not always. Since I make small batches, I usually only bring something back if it sells out entirely. If you see something you love, it’s safest to snag it ASAP.
Can I pick up locally?
If you’re local and pickup is available, it’ll be shown at checkout as an option to select and I will follow up with you personally to arrange a time.
Do you ship internationally?
I do not currently ship internationally however I am working toward offering this very soon!
How can I stay updated on drop dates?
I will always advise of drop dates via Instagram and I am working towards creating a Newsletter or VIP list where I can send SMS and email for future drop dates.
